Anglican Church Removes Priest For Two Years After He Propositioned Two Gay Men, Two Gay Brazilian Brothers Confess To Burying Father Alive Because He Objected To Their Homosexuality, Iowa Christians Disqualify Presumptive Republican Presidential Candidate From Debate Because He Is Gay, Joshua Jackson Sexy In Cabo, Stephanie Seymour Public Display Of Affection On The Beach With Rumoured Gay Son

An Anglican priest in London, England has been banned from working as a priest for two years after being found guilty of sexual propositioning two servicemen, the Press Association reporting that Father David Gilmore of St. Anne’s Church in Soho, has been removed from office and barred from exercising ministry as a priest for two years following a hearing of the church disciplinary tribunal. He was accused of conduct “inappropriate for a clergyman,” including making indecent sexual propositions to two men, identified only as A and B, who were staying overnight at his rectory in December, 2009. The tribunal was told that Gilmore asked the two men in London attending a conference of lesbian and gay members of the Armed Forces to sleep with him, and that he chose to enter A’s bedroom naked when it was “unnecessary” for him to do and when he knew that sexual activity was occurring between the two men. The diocese released a statement confirming his removal and added that it is “providing David Gilmore with pastoral and spiritual support following his dismissal and has made arrangements to ensure he has accommodations and financial security in the short term.”

Two Brazilian brothers have been charged with killing their father, a religious leader, by knocking him out with sleeping pills and then burying him alive, the Associated Press reports, the two brothers, ages 18 and 21 years old, confessing to the murder telling police that their father was a violent alcoholic who repeatedly beat them because he did not accept their homosexuality. The chief of police, however, said that authorities are investigating whether the victim’s position as head of the local Afro-Brazilian religious congregation may have been the motivation for the killing, saying “We believe they might have been fighting for control of the ceremonial grounds. We don’t think this was just over their fights regarding the son’s sexual orientation.”

Fred Karger, the openly gay Republican exploring a 2012 presidential bid, tells Ballot Box that he is being excluded from an upcoming all-candidates forum hosted by the Iowa Christian Alliance specifically because of his sexual orientation. Steve Scheffler, however, the president of the Iowa organisation, says Karger was not among the 15 potential candidates invited to attend because he only discusses one issue – gay rights – and that, according to Scheffler, disqualifies Karger. “We’re inviting all potential candidates who are legitimate candidates,” he said, adding that Karger “is not a legitimate candidate.” Karger, who says he has been threatened by Scheffler, says “That’s code for homophobia. I’m going to send him a letter and ask that I be included, and I’m going to look to the (Federal Elections Commission) to see what the rules are. I’m going to fight, as many potential candidates do, to get into these forums and debates, and I will. This is number one.”

Joshua Jackson, an unfortunate whiter shade of pale, and lady friend Diane Kruger frolic along the shores of Cabo Monday, Mr. Jackson’s tummy an odd turn-on.

Certain media outlets are questioning Stephanie Seymour’s public displays of affection for her oldest son Dylan Thomas Andrews, and granted, at least in pictures, the 20 year old does appear to be sporting wood, but from some very reliable sources of gossip, the cute Dylan plays for, um, my team, so no harm done.
