GOProud’s Tammy Bruce Betrays Her Sex And Sexuality Defending Willow Palin’s Exercise In Homophobia, El Paso City Councils Opts Not To Counter Voter Passed Referendum Removing City Employee’s Domestic Partnership Benefits, Matthew Morrison Is In The Details, Ryan Reynolds, Andrew Garfield And Jesse Eisenberg Have Miserable Date

GOProud has just released a statement regarding the use of the word “faggot” in a pejorative sense by 16 year old Willow Palin, Tammy Bruce saying that “Willow Palin is a 16 year old girl, who like all 16 year olds is going to make mistakes and say things she shouldn’t have. This, however, has nothing to do with Willow Palin or the substance of what she said on Facebook. The ‘slur’ used here is one you could hear on the streets of West Hollywood or Chelsea every day of the week. Apparently, it’s only a ‘homophobic slur’ when it comes to the daughter of a conservative female leader. Make no mistake; this all about destroying Sarah Palin by any means necessary,” concluding that “Any person, gay or straight, who participates in this cheap political smear should be ashamed of themselves.”

In El Paso, Texas Tuesday, the city council chose not to introduce an ordinance that would maintain health benefits for unmarried partners of city employees, the El Paso Times reporting that by a vote of 4-3 not to anger the electorate who allegedly were upset that the city council considered to reverse a just passed public referendum that removed the city council’s domestic partner policy. Consequently, January 1st, at least 19 gay and unmarried partners of city employees, as well as 200 others, will lose health benefits. The sponsors of the ballot initiative, which includes a number of Christian conservatives, said that the voters were articulating support for “family values” when passing the referendum by 55-percent.

Matthew Morrison graces the cover of the December issue of Details, shirtless, natch, the 32 year old Glee star quite the hotness.

People previews its sexiest man alive and quite coincidentally the winner has much-hyped, new film scheduled for release. (Matthew Morrison, as an aside, also makes the list.)

Andrew Garfield and Jesse Eisenberg attended the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Science Governors Awards, and for a couple on a date, they seem so sad.
