Charges Filed In Stolen Grady Sizemore Nude Photographs

The Minnesota Star-Tribune reports that 19 year old St. Cloud State student was charged last Tuesday by the city of Apple Valley with two counts of unauthorised computer access, a gross misdemeanour. Leah M. Ayers is accused of allegedly breaking into Brittany Binger’s e-mail account and appropriating photographs of Cleveland Indian’s player Grady Sizemore. 15 photographs of the 28 year old Sizemore appeared on the Internet last year, including one of a naked Grady clutching a cup of tea covering his genitalia – sadly – Guys with iPhones capturing that particular moment.
