Anti-Gay Wisconsin Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch’s Openly Gay Uncle Deeply Disappointed In Her Recent Ridiculous Remarks That Gay Marriage Would Lead To Marrying Clocks

Chris Pfauser, the openly gay uncle of Wisconsin Lt. Governor candidate Rebecca Kleefisch, tells the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that he is incredibly “disappointed” at statements made by Kleefisch earlier this year condemning the state’s new domestic partnership registry, deeming it both fiscally irresponsible and in direct contradiction with Biblical beliefs, saying at one point “This is a slippery slope in addition to that. At what point are we going to OK marrying inanimate objects, Can I marry this table or this, you know, clock? Can we marry dogs? This is ridiculous.” She apologised Thursday, saying she used a “poor choice of words.” Her uncle, however, has not accepted the apology, Mr. Pfauser having been in an 18 year long-term relationship with Rob Gow, saying she is less than sincere. He warned that if elected, Kleefisch is likely to work to repeal the domestic partnership registry and end a decision by Governor Jim Doyle to extend domestic partner benefits to state employees. He added “I don’t feel she is qualified – ever less qualified than Sarah Palin would have been for the VP role. At least Sarah had some government experience. Becky has been a journalist and to my knowledge never managed a person in her life, needless to say a state and thousand of state workers.”
