Mexico Supreme Court Rules All States In Country Must Recognize Gay Marriages Performed Elsewhere, Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum Continues To Defend Anti-Gay Adoption Laws, Anti-Discrimination Complaint Filed In Australia Against First Family Anti-Gay Wendy Francis, Riding A Rollercoaster Naked, Jason Bateman Is Not A Gay Porn Star, Arthur Sales Smokes, Romeo Bulges

Breaking news from Mexico, with reports that the Supreme Court there ruled Tuesday all 31 states must now recognize same sex marriages performed in the capital city, although the ruling does not require those states to being performing gay marriages in their territories. The court ruled 9-2 that an article of the country’s constitution requiring states to recognize legal contracts crafted elsewhere must be adhered to. The court did not specify to what extent that recognition must meet. The Supreme Court ruled last week that a law passed in December, 2009 and enacted this past March legalizing gay marriage is constitutional, but will continue to debate an adoption clause contained in the same sex marriage measure, with a decision expected this week.

Meanwhile, in Florida, Attorney General Bill McCollum continues to defend statements he made to a Christian magazine in August claimed that there needs to be a review of the state’s gay foster parent law, and that in his opinion children are best raised by both a mother and a father. Currently, Florida law permits gay men and women to act as foster parents, but bans them from adopting. That stance – archaic and criminal – continues to harm prospective parents and children.

In Australia, Kelly Pilgrim-Byrne, openly gay and raising a child with her partner, has filed a complaint with the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Commission claiming that statements made by First Family candidate Wendy Francis that made a direct correlation between children raised by same sex parents and child abuse are homophobic and uneducated. Pilgrim-Byrne, who works with the Australian Coalition for Equality, said “I really want people like Wendy Francis in high-profile positions to think more carefully before they make outlandish statements that actually affect real people. First Families say they’re about families, but actually when it’s broken down what they’re really about is only the families that fit their narrow definition of what a family is.”

102 Brits, including one very cute, curly-haired ginger rode a rollercoaster three times over Tuesday – entirely naked, naturally – to set a world record as well as raise money for a breast cancer unit at the Southend Hospital in Essex.

Jason Bateman is an actor (arguably) not a porn star (also arguably) so attorneys for Mr. Bateman finally succeeded in stopping a gay porn hub site – JasonBateman.com – from existing.

Arthur Sales seen in and out of a variety of underwear mostly soaking hot is, um, smoking sexy, although that seems like an understatement.

Romeo magazine might want to change its title to more accurately reflect the many big bulges on display.
