Attorneys For Brandon McInerney Again Attempt To Stall Lawrence King Murder Trial, The Longest Thirty Minutes In The Lives Of Gays, Lesbians, And California County Clerks, Will Young Nude, Enrique Iglesias Water Skis Nude, Banana Republic Men’s Trousers Give That Whole Is That A Banana In Your Pants Look New Meaning, The A-List: New York Behind The Scenes, Guerra Twins

Attorneys representing 16 year old Brandon McInerney have again to attempt to stall the inevitable, filing a motion for a change of venue, defence lawyers Scott Wippert and Robyn Bramson arguing that the pre-trial publicity of the case has been extensive. Ventura County Superior Court Judge Charles Campbell said that he will hear arguments on the motion August 23rd, the day that McInerney is scheduled to go to trial for the bias motivated murder of his classmate, 15 year old Lawrence King, in February, 2008. Wippert previously filed a motion to delay, saying that the defence were not prepared for trail. That motion was denied. He then filed a motion to dismiss Judge Campbell, arguing that he demonstrated an obvious bias in favour of the prosecution. That motion, too, was dismissed. Wippert said of the multiple motions “None of them have been frivolous. They’re all meritorious. We are doing everything to make sure that our client, Brandon McInerney, a 16 year old boy, receives a fair trial in this courthouse. If he cannot receive a fair trial in this courthouse then we are asking that he be given a fair trial in another courthouse.”

The window Wednesday between the time Chief United States District Judge Vaughn Walker ruled that the California gay marriage ban – Proposition 8 – was unconstitutional and the time it took to issue a stay to allow Walker to determine whether same sex couples can apply for marriage licenses immediately, were the longest thirty minutes for gays, lesbians, and county clerks throughout the state who attempted to speed read the 100-plus page decision.

The very out Will Young, the 31 year old winner of the first ever Pop Idol, tweets a nude picture of himself, although the best bits are artfully kept in.

Enrique Iglesias made good on his bet to water ski naked if his beloved Spain took the 2010 FIFA World Cup, and although the footage taken from a friend is grainy and shaky, there is a nude Enrique, identified by bush alone.

Apparently Banana Republic takes the banana part of the corporate identity so seriously, at least where men's pants are concerned.

Behind the scenes of Logo’s dreadful The A-List: New York, a rarefied world where men rarely, if ever wear pants.

It is initially a tad awkward, but the dancing of twins Guerra down to a pair of teeny, tiny, tight American Apparel special edition EY! Swimming briefs is smoking sexy.
