Andrew Cuomo Says If Elected New York Governor Gay Marriage Guaranteed To Pass, Senator Lindsay Graham Not Gay, Jake Pavelka Still Not Gay, Matt Bomer Gets Wet, Xavier Samuel, Andrew Garfield Announced As New Spiderman, Justin Bieber Forehead, Tom Brady At Son’s Christening Both Pretty And Pious, Ed Westwick A Mobile Virgin

New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo said Thursday that if elected governor this fall, he would make the passage of a gay marriage bill paramount, saying that the legislation would be “a priority,” adding that he thinks a same sex marriage measure could pass the Legislature in 2011, which is an off-election year.

Republican Senator Lindsay Graham, profiled in the New York Times magazine, says the rumours he is gay – 54 years old, perpetually single, secretively so – are not true, and are in fact, an underlining of what is wrong with partisan politics in the United States, the rumours fuelled in large part by members of his own party angry at the senator for appearing so eager to work with Democrats on a number of issues. According to the Times’ his “greater transgression, however is his willingness – even eagerness – to seek common ground with Democrats. For his sins, Glenn Beck termed the senator Obama Lite, while Rush Limbaugh labelled him Lindsay Grahamnesty. Less tame are the blogosphere monikers, like “Miss Lindsay,” that play off of Graham’s never-married status. During a South Carolina Tea Party rally this spring, one speaker created an uproar by postulating that Graham supported a guest-worker program out of fear that the Democrats might otherwise expose his homosexuality. (Graham smirked when I brought this up. ‘Like maybe I’m having a clandestine affair with Ricky Martin,’ he said. ‘I know it’s really gonna upset a lot of gay men – I’m sure hundreds of ‘em are gonna be jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge = but I ain’t available. I ain’t gay. Sorry.’”

Close, yet anonymous friends of The Bachelor’s Jake Pavelka talk to OK! Magazine and continue to deny he is gay.

Andrew Garfield is the new Spiderman. The 26 year old British actor, who starred in The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus (seen below at the fall 2009 premiere of the film) and in the soon to be seen and much talked about The Social Network is to inherit that role created by Tobey Maguire. The new film, part one of a proposed trilogy, will be set in high school, where Peter Parker/Spiderman “will struggle with the knowledge that his uncle died despite his power to stop it.”
