Philadelphia Jury Rules In Favour Of Anti-Gay Boy Scouts, Glee Institutes A No Sex On Set Ban, John Isner And Nicholas Mahut Epic Wimbledon Match Moves To Day Three, Landon Donovan Pushes America Through To Round Two Of FIFA World Cup

In Philadelphia, a federal jury late Wednesday ruled in favour of the Boy Scouts of America, deciding that the city violated the Scout’s First Amendment rights using the organization’s anti-gay policy as a reason to evict them from city owned offices. The unanimous verdict by a jury of two women and four men means that the troop cannot be removed from the property and that it does not have to pay rent. However, the jury’s answers to the eleven questions on the verdict sheet were “inconsistent” according to City Solicitor Shelly Smith. She said that “when verdict sheets have inconsistent answers, the potential exists that the verdict is flawed. We will be exploring our options.”

Ryan Murphy, the openly gay creator of the social phenomenon that is Glee has issued a no sex on the set ban after rumours were rampant some cast members were engaged in sexual activities in their trailers. “I’ve certainly dated people I’ve worked with and, you know, when you work on set for 18 hours a day I think it’s natural,” said Murphy, who would not name names. “But I have a rule: don’t do it in your trailer. They’ve broken that rule on many occasions. I’m like ‘I know you guys are young and hormonal, but don’t do in your trailer.’ I’m the day, that’s what I say.” Any guesses as to who was hooking up with whom?
