George Smitherman Demands Homophobic Rob Ford Apologize For “Disgusting” AIDS Comments, Portrait Of George Rekers And Rent Boy, Rekers Paid To Testify For Florida Against Gays, NFL Team Inquires Whether Rookie Straight Or Gay, Manhunt Ads Appear At Sports Illustrated Site, Matthew Mitcham A Perfect Ten

In Toronto, a debate held Wednesday before a group of realtors between the mayoral candidates turned testy, frontrunner George Smitherman, openly gay, taking the opportunity to ask opponent Rob Ford to address and apologize for comments he made in 2006 at City Hall as a councillor for Etobicoke, when Ford, furious that the city was allocating $1.5 million out of its operating budget to help in the fight against AIDS, said “It us very preventable. If you are not doing needles and you are not gay, you wouldn’t get AIDS probably, that’s the bottom line.” Smitherman said Wednesday “I’d like you to explain to people how your character, and especially these comments, is justifiable now that you present yourself as someone who wants to be mayor of Toronto, one of the most diverse places to be found anywhere in the world.” Ford, opting neither to address nor apologize for the comments, oddly spoke in the third person, saying “Let me tell you what Rob Ford’s character is about: it’s about integrity, it’s about helping kids get off the street, helping thousands of kids.”

The photograph of infamous anti-gay far-right wing hateful faux-Christian George Alan Rekers and Lucien nee Geo having cleared customs at Miami International Airport April 13th, and despite an insistence by Rekers that Lucien nee Geo was hired to help Rekers during his European vacation (he had just undergone surgery, and could not “lift” baggage) it appears that George is doing all of the work.

News Wednesday, a follow up of sorts to a posting about Rekers from Tuesday, details that the state of Florida paid the hypocritical homophobe and a colleague $87.000 to testify that that gays were inherently mentally unstable and should not be permitted to adopt.

According to reports, Cincinnati Bengals rookie Geno Atkins, whose father Gene played for ten season in the NFL, was asked by one perspective professional team about his sexual orientation. “The only unusual question I got was if I was straight or gay,’ said Atkins, and that was about it.”This revelation arrives after it was detailed that Miami Dolphins general manager Jeff Ireland asked Dez Bryant during a pre-draft interview if his mother was a prostitute.

Manhunt.net advertisements have been spotted on the Sports Illustrated website, the popups seen just under the S.I. banner.

Over the weekend, in Montreal, Quebec, at the Canada Cup FINA Grand Prix, Matthew Mitcham earned two – two – perfect scores of ten for dives off the men’s tower, Mitcham taking the gold.
