Denver Catholic Archdiocese Will Not Allow Student Who’s Parents Are Lesbian To Re-Enrol, Robert Carter, Proposition 8 Plaintiffs Ordered To Turn Over Internal Communications, Chris Rushton Bottoms For Adam Lambert And Tells All, Robert Pattison Wants Kellan Lutz, Ash Stymest, Matt Bomer

The Denver Catholic Archdiocese determined that a student at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic School would not be allowed to re-enrol because of their parent’s sexual orientation, a decision that has some parents threatening to pull their students out of pre-school in protest. The Archdiocese informed faculty and staff at the school of the decision earlier this week, saying that the student’s parents are two women and that their relationship violates the school’s beliefs and policy. According to a statement released by the Archdiocese, “no person shall be admitted as a student in any Catholic school unless that person and his/her parent(s) subscribe to the school’s philosophy and agree to abide by the educational policies and regulations of the school and Archdiocese.” The school’s teachers and staff have been ordered not to talk to the media.

Robert Carter, a gay Jesuit priest who, in 1973, founded the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, has died. He was 82. Carter, who also founded the New York City chapter of the Dignity, an American advocacy group that aims to aid gay men and women marry their sexuality and spirituality, died on February 22nd, and a memorial will be held March 22nd.

United States Magistrate Joseph Spero late Friday issued an order insisting that a number of gay rights groups that campaigned against Proposition 8 – the California same sex marriage ban – provide some internal memos and e-mails to attorneys for the measure’s sponsors. The order is a part of the federal trial challenging the constitutional validity of voter amendment.

Meet Chris Rushton, a seriously cute 19 year old who had a hook-up with Adam Lambert, and who surprisingly had to bottom.

Robert Pattison wants what Kellan Lutz has. Or maybe he wants Kellan Lutz.

Ash Stymest – who plays for our team – stars in the 5CM spring and summer 2010 campaign.

Matt Bomer spotted attending the Artists for Peace and Justice hosted by Vanity Fair and Brioni this past Wednesday in Beverly Hills.
