Jennifer Morton And Michelle Morrison Make History, Malawi Continue To Humiliate Married Gay Couple, Adam Giambrone Reminds You He Is Not Gay

Jennifer Morton and Michelle Morrison, both 38 years old, their two children, one hundred and fifty family and friends, and most of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Nashua, New Hampshire congregation celebrated New Year’s in an unusual and historic way, becoming one of the first couples in the state to marry under the moment’s old new legislation that made New Hampshire the fifth state in America to legalize gay marriage. The couple, who have been together for thirteen years, were joined by most of Morton’s family, but Morrison’s parents, who are conservative Christians, did not attend. Doug Morton, however, could not have been a prouder father, saying “It’s a fulfillment of a dream they’ve had since they’ve been together. It’s wonderful to see. I’m hoping as more people become aware that this is a normal part of life, acceptance will continue to grow and there will be one less prejudice in the world.”

As previously posted, the two Malawi men who were married and were subsequently arrested, charged with three counts of gross indecency and unnatural acts between men, now face a disturbing, humiliating medical test, ordered by the court, to determine that the twosome had sex. Tiwonge Chimbalanga, 20, and Steven Monjeza, 26, have lived together since August, but they deny having consummating their relationship. They remain in custody, pending a bail application set for Monday. Their attorney, Noel Supedi, said “Unless they give consent to the medical examination, we will protest. According to the constitution, only when someone gives their consent can they be subject to experimentation, and this is tantamount to experimentation. “

Adam Gaimbrone, Toronto City Councillor and Transit Commissioner, claims he is not gay, despite several suggestions from numerous sources. Now magazine, the city’s weekly newspaper, outed the politician in an issue that appeared Thursday, describing him as the likely next mayor of the city – Gaimbrone is a candidate – because “He’s young. He’s bright. He’s gay. And he looks better than any of his challengers so far.” Gaimbrone quite quickly denied the assertion, taking to his Facebook to affirm his heterosexuality. And, um, well, And, um, well, while I have heard tales to the contrary, that whole looks like a duck, talks like a duck, walks like a duck saying seems appropriate.
