Adam Lambert On Homophobia And Kris Allen, Carrie Prejean To Be Fired, Letterman Angers Todd Palin, Holocaust Shooter 89 Year Old White Supremacist

Rolling Stone has posted more of its interview with current cover boy Adam Lambert, and it is revelatory in a way surprising, with Lambert talking about experiencing homophobia in the oddest places – musical theatre – and of his rejection of rock stereotypes. He also talks about what led to the American Idol audition and his serious crush on Kris Allen. Contrary to what anyone would have you believe, it is, in a significant way, news, that Lambert has chosen to come out comfortably, fully aware of the implied consequences, because if you play close attention to comments attached to all the links I have provided, you will have noticed by now that being gay in America is not nearly as accepted as one might think.

TMZ.com is reporting that Carrie Prejean, Miss California, is to be fired today, Wednesday, by Donald Trump himself, who, according to sources, is done with the diva’s chronic violation of her contractual obligations. The runner up, Miss Malibu, Tami Farrell, will now take over and be crowned Miss California.

The Palin family, Sarah and Todd, are furious with David Letterman, for a joke he made Tuesday night about former New York State Governor Elliot Spitzer and their teenage daughter, Bristol. In truth, the pair should be furious with themselves for deliberating misconstruing Letterman to spin another sad slight against the perceived liberal elitist attitudes among, to use Todd’s own words, “Hollywood/NY entertainers.

The Huffington Post is reporting that NBC News is reporting that the Holocaust Museum shooter taken into custody this morning by Washington, D.C. police is an eighty-nine year old white male with ties to a white supremacist group. James Von Brunn allegedly shot at least two people Wednesday morning, and he is well known to authorities. The story is still developing.
